Flannel Cowboy Life Coaching – Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the services provided by Flannel Cowboy Life Coaching, operated by Caso.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By engaging with Flannel Cowboy Life Coaching, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Services Provided

Flannel Cowboy Life Coaching provides nature-based life coaching services. These services are designed to support personal growth and development through outdoor activities and discussions. The services do not constitute licensed therapy.

3. Fees and Payment

Pricing for services is outlined on our Services page. Payment is due upon booking.

4. Coaching Sessions

Coaching sessions are scheduled in advance and are typically 90 minutes in duration. The location of the sessions will be agreed upon in advance.

5. Cancellations and Refunds

Cancellations must be made 24 hours in advance to avoid a fee. Refunds are not provided for cancellations made within 24 hours of the session.

6. Confidentiality

We maintain the confidentiality of all client information in accordance with ethical guidelines.

7. Limitation of Liability

Flannel Cowboy Life Coaching is not responsible for any damages, losses, or injuries arising from the use of our services. Participants are responsible for their own safety during coaching sessions.

8. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Iowa.

9. Changes to Terms

Flannel Cowboy Life Coaching reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Updated terms will be posted on this page.
